Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in a course, purchasing content, or otherwise using soulswaypractice.com or courses.soulswaypractice.com (the "Site," operated on the Thinkific platform), owned and operated by Soulsway Practice ("Soulsway," "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll in any course.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in a Soulsway course. By enrolling, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Courses and License to Use

When you purchase a course (including but not limited to RESTORE YOURSELF), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your course access or login credentials with any other person
• Download, copy, record, screen-capture, reproduce, or republish any course video, audio, written material, or other content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent
• Use course content to create derivative works, teach others, or build a competing product or service
• Circumvent any technical protection measures on the Site or within Thinkific

Course access is provided through Thinkific for the duration specified at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content, and to change the platform we use to deliver it, at our discretion.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of enrollment.
• Refund Policy: [INSERT YOUR SPECIFIC REFUND POLICY — e.g., "All sales are final" / "Refunds available within X days of purchase if less than X% of the course has been accessed" / etc. This needs to be decided and stated clearly, as it is one of the most commonly disputed terms.]
• We reserve the right to change course pricing, bundle offerings, or discontinue a course at any time. Such changes will not affect students who have already enrolled, unless otherwise stated.

4. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

This section is important — please read it carefully.

RESTORE YOURSELF and other Soulsway courses include somatic movement, breathwork, self-touch practices, journaling, and other embodiment-based exercises (collectively, "Practices"). These Practices are offered for educational and personal-development purposes only.

• Not medical or mental health treatment. Soulsway is not a licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric provider. Nothing in our courses constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and course content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
• Consult a professional. If you have a physical injury, medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of trauma, or have any mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any Practice.
• Assumption of risk. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participating in the Practices, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional or psychological distress, and any other harm that may result from participation. You are solely responsible for listening to your own body and stopping any Practice that causes pain, distress, or discomfort.
• No guarantee of outcomes. We make no guarantees regarding specific physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes from participating in our courses.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this section and voluntarily agree to participate in the Practices at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to video, audio, written materials, the Soul-Body Paradox® framework, course structure, branding, graphics, and the RESTORE YOURSELF name and curriculum — is the exclusive property of Soulsway Practice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Soul-Body Paradox®" and other Soulsway trademarks may not be used, reproduced, or referenced in any commercial context without our express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. Your license is limited strictly to personal use as described in Section 2.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site or participating in any Soulsway course, community, or communication channel, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other students, instructors, or staff
• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Thinkific's systems, or other users' accounts
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any student who violates this section, without refund.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our courses are delivered via Thinkific, a third-party platform, and may include embedded third-party content (such as Spotify playlists). Your use of these third-party platforms and embedded content is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all course content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or course content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulsway Practice, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soulsway Practice and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your participation in any course or Practice, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any course, without refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 9, and 10) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or enrollment in a course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY], California.
